Using Guild Voice Chat
World of Warcraft has built in voice chat capabilities but the quality is not as good as some voice chat applications. In our guild we use Ventrilo for voice chat. To use it you need to have a headset or microphone installed on your computer and you also need to have the Ventrilo client installed. Download the client from here. Use the following guide to get it set up.

1. Once the client is installed on your computer and opened the first thing you should do is add a new user. In the user settings you can put in your charcter's name so other guild members will know who you are and perhaps your real name as well.
2. Next you will need to add a new server. The new server details will need to look like the example below. Server details are repeated under the image. For the password you will need to check with a guild officer or check the guild info screen once you are in the game.
3. When everything is set up you can click connect to connect to the server. If you have any problems connecting, ask one of the guild officers to help you or check Ventrilo's setup page.
