Winston Nuklear

Dr Winston Nuklear is a former scientist who no teaches English at Willow Creek High School. He has an IQ of 178 and isn't afraid to use it. In his spare time he likes tinkering with gadgets around the house which usually involves fixing what he broke the last time he was tinkering.
