Additional notes
Firstly, this mission is very difficult with anything less than level 7 ship upgrades. What's good enough to breeze through Impossible Sector likely won't be enough for this one.
An EMP pulse near the start can do a lot of damage to the frigates that surround you, especially if you have the Improved EMP. This is useful since you need to destroy 4 of them which takes a lot of damage. You're being attacked almost constantly in this mission (the briefing does say you're the main target. Keep moving and use those precious few breaks to recharge shields.
