Additional notes
Firstly, this mission is very difficult with anything less than level 7 ship upgrades. What's good enough to breeze through Impossible Sector likely won't be enough for this one. Time for those upgrades.
The first part of this mission is like earlier escort missions. You need to destroy enemy targets as quickly as they can before they can damage the shuttle. Once the shuttle is away safely halfway through the mission, then the enemies will be after you.
Each bonus objective grants a codex entry the first time you complete it
